Hi, I'm Sam, the owner of Regal Professional Cleaning Services, a small, family-run business based in Whickham, NE16.

As the sole operator, I personally handle every aspect of the cleaning process. It will be me who answers your calls and me who arrives at your home to perform the clean. This ensures you receive a consistent and high-quality service every time.

My Journey

After 24 years as a Registered Nurse, I started my cleaning business to help improve people's health and wellbeing through meticulous and tailored cleaning services. My goal is to help you maintain balance in your busy life by taking care of the tasks you don't have time for, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

My Services

I offer flexible cleaning slots starting from 6 hours, available on a fortnightly or monthly basis. You can choose exactly what you want prioritised, whether it's general cleaning, deep cleaning, or a combination of both. Each service is meticulously planned and tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring that every corner of your home is left sparkling clean.

Booked Regal Professional Cleaning Services to come and clean my living room carpet because after having an extension done (we had to use our living room as our kitchen - not forgetting we have a 5 year old, 1 year old and a dog and then my husband defrosted a fridge freezer on it making it STINK) it all needed a bit of TLC.

On arrival Sam was very professional and thorough. She checked all the fibres beforehand so she knew what products she needed and got my carpet smelling divine and looking lovely again.

Her knowledge in carpets/upholstery is outstanding and I didn't realise how much science is behind cleaning them!!

We also had a second hand cuddle chair cleaned - it was in a grubby state but Sam got it looking brand new. Sam is a perfectionist and won't leave a job unfinished or until she is satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend her!
